1.Virbac Limited's catg bundle prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

2. Employees or agencies of Virbac Limited, its group companies or their family members, persons who are working for competitors of Virbac, or anyone else connected with the prize draw may not enter this competition.

3. Participants of the competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. To enter the prize draw, participants must follow @Virbac_UK and comment on the competition post.  

5. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all of the correct and valid entries submitted.

6. Virbac Limited accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

7. Virbac’s cat giveaway will open from the moment the promotional post is posted on the ‘Virbac_UK’ Instagram and Facebook account and will close at midnight on 31/05/2023. Entries outside this time period will not be considered.

8. The winner will receive a cat product bundle including the following products:

9. There will be no runners-up and no runner-up prizes. Product substitutions for other animal species are not available.

10. The winner will be notified by a comment on the promotional post and/or a private message. The winner must provide a UK postal address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to Virbac Limited within 7 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited.

11. The prize will be sent to the winner by Virbac Limited by post.

12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

13. Virbac Limited reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. The decision of Virbac Limited in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. Virbac shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.

16. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
