At Virbac we want to make things easier for you. That's why we launched our subscribe and save model! You can now subscribe to your pet's favourite food and get it delivered to your door at the frequency you need, all while saving an extra 10% on each bag.
How it works...
- Select your pet's preferred diet and choose the frequency you want to receive their food e.g. every 2/4/6/8 weeks. Once selected you're ready to place your first order.
- From that point on your order will repeat at your chosen frequency, so you don't need to remember to keep visiting our website to place a new order.
- We'll email you 4 days ahead of your next order to remind you it's about to renew.
- DPD will deliver your food to your door 1-2 working days after it renews.
Subscriptions are totally flexible, meaning you can amend the frequency, pause or cancel at any time. This can all be managed in your account section.
While enjoying the convenience of regular delivery, you will also enjoy an extra 10% discount on your first and recurring purchases.
Most frequent questions about subscriptions
Of course, you can change or update your delivery address, delivery frequency, product quantity and payment method. You just need to go to the "Subscription" section of your account and click "Edit".
If an item you choose is not available, we will send you a message letting you know. If, on the other hand, you do not want to continue with the replacement subscription, you can cancel the subscription. If you would like to return a subscription product, please see our delivery and returns information.
No. If you want to subscribe to a new product, you just need to go to the product page you want to subscribe to, choose the product size, choose the delivery frequency and purchase it. A new subscription will automatically be created for you, in addition to the one you already have active.
The subscription service that we offer is a brand new incentive that we are proud to be able to offer. As we roll this subscription service out we have decided to launch with a few of our most popular products. This will enable us time to fully test the systems and to ensure that we are functional before opening the subscription service up to more products. Please keep an eye on the website as more and more products become available for subscription in the near future.
Our standard delivery charge to UK mainland addresses is £4.95. We offer free delivery on orders over £70. Delivery takes 1-3 working days and is shipped via DPD.
Please note that if you have subscribed to receive multiple items on the same frequency, these will be delivered together, and you will not have to pay for more than one delivery fee.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped from the warehouse. Once you receive this confirmation email, you will no longer be able to make any changes to your address or payment method.
Yes. You need to log in to your account and go to the "Subscription" section. Search for the subscription you want to pause, click on "Edit" and then on "Pause subscription". You will not receive your next order and won't be charged, but we will continue the subscription process with the next order and the indicated delivery frequency.
Yes! Our subscription service is very flexible so you can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time. In order to cancel your subscription you need to log in to your account and go to the "Subscription" section. Find the subscription you want to cancel, click on "Edit" and then on "Cancel subscription". Click "Ok" and your subscription will be cancelled.
