Prescription medicine enquiries: If your enquiry relates to a prescription medicine please contact your prescribing veterinary surgeon. Regretfully by law we are unable to offer guidance on the use of prescription medicines directly to pet owners. This does not include suspected adverse reaction reports which can be submitted directly to us.

Delivery to most UK addresses is £4.95 and free for order values over £70. Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days and is shipped via DPD.
Please note that delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands will incur a delivery surcharge - these postcodes are determined by our courier partner, DPD and unfortunately aren't something we can influence.
Yes! Our subscription service is very flexible so you can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time. In order to cancel your subscription you need to log in to your account and go to the "Subscription" section. Find the subscription you want to cancel, click on "Edit" and then on "Cancel subscription". Click "Ok" and your subscription will be cancelled.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, our system will automatically attempt to renew your subscription daily for four days. If the item remains unavailable after four days, an automated email notification will be sent to the email address assigned to your account and our customer service team will contact you to provide an estimated return date or suggest suitable alternative products.
The subscription service that we offer is a brand new incentive that we are proud to be able to offer.
