Product Details

Your medium or large breed puppy will grow very quickly in their first year. They require a diet that’s high in protein and calories with adapted mineral levels.

VETERINARY HPM® Puppy Large & Medium* dry dog food is a complete diet that gives puppies all the nutrients they need, plus it supports their delicate digestive system and undeveloped immune system. It is recommended as a balanced diet for:

• Medium breed puppies up to 6 months old (adult weight 11-25 kg)
• Large breed puppies up to 7 months old (adult weight over 25 kg)
• Pregnant and lactating medium and large breed female dogs

Healthy growth: VETERINARY HPM® Puppy Large & Medium is an energy-dense dry dog food with a high 35% protein content (90% from animal sources) and low carbohydrates (23.5%) to provide lots of energy for playing and running. The balanced calcium and phosphorus content help strengthen their bones and teeth.

Immune support: Beta-glucans are an insoluble fibre extracted from yeast that helps to support the development of your puppie's immune system. It can also help to improve their immune response after vaccinations, boosting your puppy’s defences against disease. [1]

High digestive tolerance: To help your puppy’s digestive tract function properly, VETERINARY HPM® Puppy Large & Medium dry dog food provides prebiotics (fructo-oligosaccharides) and protbiotics (lactobacilli) that are scientifically proven to support beneficial digestive flora and a healthy microbiome. 80% of puppies experienced a high tolerance level of digestive tolerancce [2] after one month.

Skin and coat support: Building and maintaining a healthy skin and coat is also important for your puppy’s well-being. This dry puppy food contains high levels of animal protein and a balance of omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids to strengthen the skin’s barrier and produce a shiny coat.  

Brain development: The first months are critical for your puppy’s ability to learn new skills, socialise, and respond to training. DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) from fish oil supports healthy brain development and cognitive function during this vital stage.
