Product Details

Greasy, scaly, smelly skin in pets is not pleasant for them or for you! Sebolytic Shampoo is for use in dogs and cats to help address the underlying skin conditions that cause oiliness and scaling, including seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff.

Sebolytic pet shampoo contains a unique combination of ingredients to relieve greasy and scaly skin problems in dogs and cats:

Zinc gluconate
and vitamin B6 work together to regulate oil (sebum) production. Some oil is essential for healthy skin, and this combination helps to achieve the right balance between dry and greasy.

Salicylic acid
penetrates deep into the skin to remove excess oil, bacteria and dead skin cells. Its gentle exfoliating activity helps to unclog the pores, remove flakes and scales, and restore healthy skin function.

Tea tree oil
is an essential oil with antibacterial and antifungal properties. It can be helpful for managing fungal causes of greasy, flaky skin. Tea tree can also aid in reducing inflammation so it can help to soothe skin irritated by infections.

Piroctone olamine
is especially effective against Malassezia fungus that can be involved in development of dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. Like tea tree, it can help to control excess oiliness, reduce skin flaking, and alleviate irritation.

Sebolytic Shampoo is suitable for dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes, making it an ideal pet shampoo for multi-pet homes. It can also be used as a puppy or kitten shampoo for your younger pets, too.

1. Shake well before use.
2. Pre-wet your pet’s coat with lukewarm water.
3. Spread Sebolytic shampoo over the whole coat and massage into a rich lather.
4. Rinse and repeat the treatment.
5. Leave for 5-10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
6. Use 2-3 times per week, or as advised by your veterinarian.
