For delivery before Christmas please order before 2pm on Tuesday 23rd December for delivery on Wednesday 24th December.*
Delivery Instructions
It’s a busy time of year for deliveries! To help DPD get your order to you smoothly, please keep an eye out for an email on the morning your delivery is due. We highly recommend adding specific delivery instructions via the email options to help your driver locate your address or a safe place.
Delivery Over The Christmas & New Year Period
Orders will continue to be despatched over the Christmas period, although they will take slightly longer than usual to arrive due to the Christmas and New Year Bank Holidays.
Customer Service Hours
Our offices are closed from 2pm on 24th December to 08:30 on 2nd January. During this time, if you have an urgent pharmacovigilance case to report please call 01359 243243.
