BY ENTERING INTO THIS COMPETITION YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS COMPETITION.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Data Protection: Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. 1. The promoter is: Virbac UK (“Promoter”).
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over. Employees of Virbac and their close relatives, and/or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are exempt from entry.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. The competition will start at DATE AND TIME and the closing date for entry will be DATE AND TIME. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted and will be void.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. The route to enter the competition is as follows:
For entries via Instagram, entrants must share a photo of their cat on Instagram, tagging @virbac_UK and using the hashtag #MakeYourCatAStar. To ensure their entry is seen, entrants must also tag @virbac_UK. Additionally, entrants must like the competition post and follow @virbac_UK. The Promoter will select one winner, who will be asked to submit a high-resolution photo of their cat or provide permission to use the tagged photo for sharing on Virbac's social media channels.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and take down any posts if the entrant breaches these terms and conditions and to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants by the Promoter.
9. The prize for each winner is as follows: PRIZE
10. The winners of the competition will be chosen at random by the Promoter out of all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook within 28 days of the closing date by the Promoter. The winners will only ever be contacted by Virbac UK. If the winners cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that the winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification).
12. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed/delivered.
13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The entrant may be asked to participate in publicity in relation to this promotion.
15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with META, or any other Social Network. The entrant is providing their information to Virbac and not to any other party.
