VIRBAC TERMS AND CONDITIONS - VETERINARY HPM & FAB Clinicians' Conference Prize Draw

1. The Virbac VETERINARY HPM & FAB Clinicians’ Conference prize draw is open to employees of veterinary practices in a distribution agreement with VETERINARY HPM aged 18 or over.

2. Employees or agencies of Virbac Limited, its group companies or their family members, persons working for or associated to competitors of Virbac or anyone else connected with the promotion are ineligible.

3. Entrants to the VETERINARY HPM & FAB Clinicians’ Conference prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

4. Personal data submitted in this form will not be shared with a 3rd party. The winners will be contacted by email. Data will be stored securely and destroyed after the prize draw has taken place, on 15th July 2022.

5. To enter the prize draw to win a free ticket to the annual FAB Clinicians Conference for the value of £85 delegates must fill in the form with the link provided. Delegates can only enter their details 1 time.

6. There will be 2 winners with one prize each. There will be no other prizes.

7. The winners will be selected at random and notified using the contact details provided.

8. Entries to the VETERINARY HPM & FAB Clinicians’ Conference prize draw received after the 14th July will not be considered.

9. The prize is not-transferable. If the winner chooses not to accept their prize it will be forfeited and passed to another entrant.

10. By accepting the prize, the winners agree to participate in all promotional/PR activity as requested by Virbac.

11. Virbac reserves the right to re-allocate unclaimed or forfeited prizes.

12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

13. Virbac Limited retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

14. Virbac Limited accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the VETERINARY HPM & FAB Clinicians’ Conference prize draw or accepting the prize.

15. Virbac Limited reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the VETERINARY HPM & FAB Clinicians’ Conference prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Virbac in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Virbac shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.

17. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
